Made with delightful chunks of carefully roasted garlic, this loaf encompasses the very best of Cottage Lane breads through careful extended fermentation stages and a very delicate baking process directly on the hearth or sole of the oven.

Cheese Batard 600g

Our bakers have carefully chosen a full bodied cheese which they added to our standard Batard recipe making it one of the most popular loaves so far. We feel this really is a very special loaf to be enjoyed by all those luck enough to be dining at your place.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Romano Cheese (milk, salt, culture, potato starch, powered cellulose), 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Yeast

 

 

Grain Batard 600g

Our bakers use time honoured skills to carefully ferment this dough to ensure maximum flavour, strength and maturity is achieved creating a very special loaf with distinctive wholegrain goodness.

Ingredients: Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Whole Rye Flour, Flax Seed, Sunflower Seeds, Sea Salt, Barley Flakes, Corn, Honey, Soy Meal, Malt, Wholemeal, Poppy Seeds, Yeast, Triticale, Cracked Wheat, Spices

 

 

Sourdough Batard 500g

This moist and flavoursome loaf is made using traditional fermentation methods originating in the San Franciso Bay area. Ideal for serving on its own or with your favourite toppings or cheeses.

Ciabatta 500g

Developed using an ancient Italian recipe and a carefully followed baking process, Cottage Lane brings to you a unique experience with this freshly bake ciabatta. Ideally use in fresh sandwiches by slicing the loaf horizontally and adding your favourite cold cut fillings or even toasted with meats, cheese and your favourite pickles – simply divine!

Puglese 500g

Pronounced Puge-lay-ese, this loaf has a softer crust and is perfect for ripping and dipping with your favourite Olive oils ore simply add a few drops of balsamic vinegar to the oil for a truly unique experience.

Rustic French Baguettes 300g

These 12 inch long loaves have a delightful aroma with a thin, crisp crust perfect for slicing diagonally and enjoying just as they are or with your favourite spread or an olive dipping oil. We also find them ideal for making fresh sandwiches with your favourite fillings.
